Future skills of Workforce in Tech Services Sector

If AI writes the code, tests it, deploys it, and documents it, what happens to the large workforce in tech services companies that does these tasks today ?

I believe the future of large section of workforce in tech services will be built on these skills.

Curiosity
The ability to learn anything fast, is the new job security. Curious people don't wait for training. They explore, ask questions, and connect dots that others miss.

Judgement
AI gives confident answers, but confident is not the same as correct, especially when solving complex problems. The future professional's superpower is knowing when to trust the output and when to challenge it. Clients won't pay for execution. They will pay for good decisions made amid ambiguity.

 Deep Thinking
AI can't spend weeks wrestling with a problem to design the right solution. The discipline of slow, rigorous thinking is becoming rare, and that is exactly what makes it valuable.

Human Psychology
Engineers won't just work on technology projects. They will also act as part psychologists building trust, understanding people, and judging whether a solution will actually work for the humans who use it.

Resilience
Resilient professionals treat change as a constant, not a threat. They see failure as feedback and reinvention as routine. When rate of change is high, the people who unlearn quickly, adapt calmly, and rebuild themselves will outlast those who cling to a single skill set.

AI will handle the execution. Humans will ask the right questions, make the hard calls, and move people to act.

Today's upskilling programs and new workforce training need to be redesigned to embed these skills.

Tomorrow's hiring conversations will focus less on technical skills and more on human skills.

What do you think ?

What more skills can be added to the list ?
